Mike Caulley, Lead Pastor

Mike and his wife, Kristi, have served numerous local churches before joining New Covenant in 2010.  A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminar, Mike is passionate about seeing God’s kingdom advance in our community and beyond. He enjoys seeing each person “get in the game” to further God’s kingdom as only they can. Kristi loves to see others grow in their relationship with Jesus, in their understanding of how uniquely He’s crafted them, the gifts He’s given, and how they can most effectively use those gifts where God places them each day.  They believe as disciples of Jesus, we should emulate his model in John 5:19 where Jesus explains to his disciples, “…the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” Email Mike.

Tim Ralph, Founding Pastor

Tim Ralph moved to Larkspur, Colorado to build homes with his wonderful wife, Diane. One Sunday morning they forgot to set their clocks forward, so when they missed church Tim taught the Bible to his family. Then Jesus showed up and people soon followed. That’s how New Covenant started. Tim’s amazing wife, Diane, held the church together as Tim was bi-vocational for many years. They shared their lives with people, so God sent more people. Someone donated land; so they built a church building. 32 years later, Tim and Diane are still responding to God’s call for this community. They have tremendous hearts to see their church family live out the greatest commandment; “Love the Lord with all your heart; and love your neighbor as yourself.” Email Tim.

Jordan Blair, Youth Pastor

Jordan has all kinds of cool things to share about himself.  Just be patient as they are coming…

Michelle Carr, Children’s Pastor

Michelle and Ron have been married since 1991. They met while both serving in the United States Air Force as medics and have 4 sons. As a military family, they moved 12 times in 19 years, but in 2010, when Ron retired from the Air Force, they made Colorado their permanent home!  In 1999, God spoke to Michelle that she would be surrounded by children, and that has been true in her personal family and church family since. Through vibrant worship and teaching, their passion is to show children how to have an authentic and intimate relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. They desire to teach the children how to hear God’s voice, to feel His presence, to know the power of prayer, and to be bold in their faith and actions.  The Carr family loves the winters in Colorado; they are avid snowboarders and skiers and feel blessed to live in such a beautiful state!

“1 John 3:1 – “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called CHILDREN OF GOD! And that is what we are!” Email Michelle.
